Dort leite ich das Modul „Finanzen“ und unterstütze Frauen mit Führungsambitionen dabei Sicherheit, Spaß und vorallem Wissen zum Thema Finanzen aufzubauen. Als Führungskraft mit eigener P&L ist es wichtig mehr als ein grundlegendes Wissen zum Thema Finanzen zu haben. Ich zeige den Teilnehmerinnen in meinen Modul „Finanzen“, wie sie Unternehmenszahlen lesen und wie sie sie zur Entscheidungsfindung heran ziehen. Welche Rolle das Budget im Unternehmen hat, auf welche Kennzahlen zu achten ist und was ins 'Gepäck' gehört im Umgang mit Beiräten, Vorstand und Management. Mein Ziel ist es, dass der Umgang mit Finanzzahlen zur Entscheidungsfindung und der Rolle als Führungskraft keine Hürde, sondern willkommener Hebel für deine Rolle sein wird. Der Umgang mit Zahlen und Finanzen ist Grundlage, kann aber auch Spaß machen.
