About
I am currently practicing part time at Healthy Paws Veterinary Center in Little Elm, TX! My special interests include dermatology, preventative care, and internal medicine. I am USDA Accredited (category I) and Fear Free Certified as well. I have a passion for medicine, people, and animals and have found the veterinary medicine uniquely fits to serve all three. I am licensed in veterinary medicine in two states - TX and CA. Prior to veterinary school, I received a B.A. in psychology and a minor in interdisciplinary studies at San Diego State University. Between my second and third year of veterinary school, I completed an internship working as an intern at Banfield Pet Hospital for 10 weeks through the Banfield student job program. I previously worked at Banfield Pet Hospital in San Diego as a veterinary assistant, where I gained many of my technical and clinical skills. I have a great passion for animal care and am always looking to expand my experiences and meet new people!
