I am a Practice Manager with several years of experience supporting recruiting, employee relations, and team operations within a high-volume healthcare setting. In my current role, I support recruiting and onboarding efforts, coordinate staff scheduling, and assist with day-to-day operations while helping maintain a positive and efficient work environment. I also work closely with leadership and staff to address team needs, support communication, and help ensure smooth workflow across departments. Through this experience, I have developed a strong interest in Human Resources and the impact it has on both employee experience and organizational success. I recently completed my MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management and am looking to transition into a dedicated HR role.
