As a teacher training head coach at DIVA YOGA, I lead and mentor aspiring yoga instructors through a comprehensive and rigorous curriculum that covers yoga philosophy, anatomy, physiology, teaching methodology, and ethics. With a BA in advertising from Symbiosis Institute of Media and Communication, Pune, I also leverage my skills and knowledge in social media and digital content to promote and market the yoga content and programs, reaching and engaging a wide and diverse audience. I have over six years of experience as a yoga instructor, and over four years of experience as a teacher training head coach. Prior to joining Yoga Studio, I worked as a social media manager and a digital content manager for various media and communication companies, where I developed and executed effective strategies to create and distribute engaging and relevant content across multiple platforms.
