Holger studied tourism and international business at the Technical University Aachen. He received his Master degree in 1999. In 2000 Holger started working for Worldres.com in San Francisco in the area of Business Development. With his extensive experience in Online Hotel Reservations he established Booking.com in Germany in 2003. Booking.com emerged to be Germany’s No 1 online booking system after only five years. Since than he works as Business Angel, focusing on investments in seed and early-stage Internet companies.
