Together with Thomas Gottheil and Michal Bartmanski I founded goodgrow. goodgrow offers early-stage companies experience, network, and capital. We invest our own money in the impact areas of climate, resource efficiency, waste reduction, and social equity. When I founded Frontastic before that, I discovered how to design the "frictionless operating systems" and culture required to scale fast and achieve amazing goals in remote companies. Now, my mission is to empower other tech founders and innovation leaders with my blueprint for productivity at scale, network, and venture capital.
