I have been with Banfield since 2005, and during my tenure I have been a Practice Manager for about 10 of those years. *I cosistently ensure my hospital is meeting metrics as dictated by the practice. *I work to ensure my hospital is appropriately staffed by hiring, coaching and developing support to focus on the needs of the providers, and clients. *I focus on creating a safe and engaging environment for my team with a heavy focus on medical quality and business performance within my hospital. *Ensure compliance with all practice policies and procedures as well as with all local, state & federal laws. *Consistently compliant on the maintenance of clean, safe and organized hospitals (i.e, OSHA, Hazard Waste, business permits and assets protection audits). *Creating a positive experience for all clients and patients that visit my hospital.
