At PicPay, Brazil's largest digital wallet with over 60 million users, I crafted the design of a loans marketplace, achieving over $1.2M/day in loans during the MVP. As the co-founder of Dropull, I led product strategy to build a social gaming platform with 1 million users, designed to create web3 experiences between brands and users. PicPay is the biggest digital wallet in Brazil, with more than 60 million users. As the first designer employed by the loans team, I did a full product discovery on how implementing a loans marketplace on PicPay could help monetize the app. I conducted more than 150 user interviews and usability tests to create a seamless loan experience, from the loan application to the follow-up and payment. Proved the Loan Marketplace as a good business model, lending over $1.2M/day during MVP.
