I began my career in full-cycle recruiting, partnering with Fortune 500 clients across industries like energy, manufacturing, procurement, and tech. I had the opportunity to hire for some amazing companies, filling roles in engineering, IT, and operations, including the hard-to-find positions. Early on, I was recognized as an Account Breaker. Today, I’ve moved into Learning & Development, where I focus on helping people grow through training and development programs, supporting teams to reach their full potential. My recruiting experience taught me how to identify talent, and now I get to help nurture it.

In my current role in Learning & Development, I plan and deliver training for both freshers and lateral hires. I cover key topics like Keystring, RLC, and Call Flow, and provide hands-on guidance on tools like Naukri and LinkedIn. I also leverage AI tools to create prompts that make it easier for teams to understand resumes, job descriptions, and generate Keystrings efficiently. My goal is to make learning practical, engaging, and directly applicable to day-to-day work, helping teams perform better and feel more confident in their roles.

I help U.S.-based clients hire the right talent quickly and effectively while keeping the candidate experience strong. I’ve managed full-cycle recruiting across industries like energy, manufacturing, procurement, and technology, mainly supporting clients in Houston and Denver. I’ve worked on roles in engineering, IT, and operations, often those that are challenging to fill, and learned how to tailor each search to fit the unique needs of every team I supported. I love connecting people with opportunities that help them grow and make an impact. Along the way, I was recognized as an Account Breaker for exceeding my hiring goals early in my career, which was a proud moment for me.
