Worked closely with the founder on the 10M€ Series A — supporting the process from pitch deck and data room to negotiation and due diligence. Built the company's core financial model and controlling infrastructure together with the interim CFO and Finance team, ran investor reporting and board meeting preparation, and spearheaded the 2026 budget process to enable KPI-driven steering. Also drove the pricing transformation for our core SaaS product and automated key finance and ops workflows.

Worked directly with the founder across investor relations, strategy (pricing, industry focus), scaling processes (payment, onboarding, org structure), and new lead channels. Organized and ran the company's first trade fair presence - drove to Hamburg, set everything up, made it happen. Classic zero-to-one generalist role.

Owned inbound dealflow — screening and evaluating 400+ startups, running discovery and reference calls, contributing to cap tables, investment papers and exit analyses. Conducted market sizing and competitor deep dives, sourced new startups outbound, and attended board meetings of portfolio companies. Got an early and honest look at what separates fundable from forgettable.
