I am a board-certified plastic surgeon and the Founder and CEO of NOVA Plastic Surgery & Dermatology, one of the most established plastic surgery and cosmetic dermatology brands in Northern Virginia. What began as a small clinical practice has grown into a multi-location organization recognized for clinical excellence, operational discipline, and brand strength.Under my leadership, NOVA expanded to three locations and earned recognition on the Inc. 5000 list. We built a vertically integrated model that combines plastic surgery, cosmetic dermatology, advanced laser technology, hair restoration, and medical aesthetics under one cohesive brand.
