My most recent role was as a Regional Training Manager at HDFC Life, where I led the development and delivery of training programs for agents and staff across the region. Prior to that, I served as a Branch Manager and Cluster Training Manager at Tata AIA Life Insurance, where I oversaw the operations and performance of multiple branches and teams. I am passionate about creating engaging and effective training experiences that enhance the skills and knowledge of insurance professionals, and I am always looking for new ways to innovate and improve our training programs.
