Dr. Merin Jacob currently leads Organization Development at Infrastructure Development Corporation Karnataka (iDeCK). She has keen interest in talent management, behavioral interventions, competency mapping and managing change in organizations. Her consultancy experience is mostly in areas of building HR capability, competency mapping, facilitation of assessment centers and designing individual development plans. She has completed her Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK) in Organizational Behavior and HRM. A research paper (developed from her doctoral thesis) received the best paper award at the British Academy of Management (BAM) Conference 2017, held at the University of Warwick, United Kingdom. She was also awarded the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in Human Resource Management in the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by University Grants Commission (UGC).
