About
I've spent more than twenty-five years at the intersection of technology and product — starting as a CTO building complex systems, evolving into product leadership across B2B SaaS, and most recently as CPTO at Hygraph. The through-line across those roles: helping companies figure out where their real value lies, and building the product and technology foundations that make it defensible. That question has become harder and more urgent as AI systematically dismantles the moats — integration complexity, compliance infrastructure, switching costs — that B2B SaaS companies spent a decade constructing. I've done this inside growth-equity-backed companies, including one exit under One Peak Partners and Morgan Stanley. I think and write about AI's structural impact on B2B SaaS — the moats that are eroding, the ones that aren't, and what that means for the companies and investors navigating it.
