I am a veterinarian, keynote speaker, and veterinary thought leader dedicated to advancing patient care, strong medical standards, and the well-being of the people who make veterinary medicine possible. I began my career in general practice, where a deep respect for both animals and veterinary teams shaped my approach to medicine and leadership.Driven by a belief that healthy teams deliver better medicine, I co-founded a mentoring organization in my community and later served as a full-time mentor to early-career veterinarians. I also worked as Senior Manager of Clinical Learning within a large veterinary organization, focusing on leadership development, team well-being, and strengthening standards of care across hospitals.Today, I practice as a relief veterinarian while supporting hospitals and veterinary teams through continuing education and leadership development across diverse clinical settings.
