Mr. Houston serves as director – due diligence for XPO Logistics, Inc. (NYSE: XPO), where he is responsible for contributing to risk assessment related to mergers and acqusitions. XPO logistics is one of the largest and fastest-growing providers of transportation and logistics in North America, offering freight brokerage, last mile logistics, contract logistics, intermodal services, expedited transportation, freight forwarding services and managed transportation. Prior to joining XPO, Mr. Houston co-founded two companies – Business Intelligence Advisors, Inc., where he served as executive vice president, and International Interviewing, LLC. He holds a degree in political science and is a prior advisor to the Enterprise Research Group.
