Co-founded the first student run Health Clinic for Homeless Families at UCLA Medical School. The clinic rotation later became a medical school curriculum elective. Instrumental in helping raise in excess of $1million for liver disease research / American Liver Foundation Liver Life Walks. Parent of Nick Wallace, liver transplant recipient (2012). Assisted Nick in establishing Nick's Picks, a 501c3 charity in Del Mar California that serves hospitalized/isolated children dealing with chronic illness. Nick's Picks provides lacrosse inspired, fun-filled backpacks with interesting and engaging activities to increase morale and lift spirits during difficult times. Founder of Dermatology & Laser of Del Mar, one of Southern California's most respected general dermatologic, laser and aesthetic medical practices.
