I am currently a practice Manager for Banfield Pet Hospital . I have 11 associates and 2 doctors. Our hospital is running a 27% revenue increase year to date and 0% turnover. I believe in mentoring associate to help them become the next leaders within the hospital. I lead by example, I do not except anything from my associates that I would not do myself. I currently am in charge of hiring and coaching. I create schedules for both my doctors and my staff. I make sure my para hours and profit or with in line of what is expected of me. I handle client and team concerns in a timely manner. I work in roll as a veterinary assistant or client service coordinator 80 % of the time which is company expectations. I am surgery trained and am proficient with reading labs, setting catheters and blood draws. As a Practice Manager I am always striving to improve.
