Over the past 29 years, I have been a director on more than twenty-five technology company boards, bringing expertise on product and competitive strategy, risk, ESG and human resources, among other issues. I have strong M&A and financing experience, comprising dozens of transactions with leading technology companies and top investment banking firms. And I have worked with companies across the United States as well as internationally in Canada, Germany, Czech Republic and Israel. I enjoy working with groups of motivated executives and innovators, to help them bring their expertise and ideas together with a strategic plan - and to act on that plan. Sectors of experience and interest include SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity (Consumer, Enterprise and Infrastructure), Enterprise Software and more recently in Quantum Computing, Quantum Networking and Climate Technologies. My practice has focused largely in Financial Services, Internet Infrastructure, E-Commerce, Defense and Telecommunications mark…
