About

In June 2012 I graduated from University of California, Davis with a Bachelors of Science degree in Food Science and Technology. After spending some time working in industry I returned to school at the University of Leeds where I finished earning a Master’s degree in Food Quality and Innovation in 2020. While working on my Master’s degree, my team project was awarded Best MSc Team Project for the 2019/2020 year and I was awarded Best MSc Food Quality and Innovation student for the 2019/2020 year. I am highly adaptive and excel at solving problems with creative solutions. I have had held a number of positions that have given me experience ranging from production, market research, product development, sourcing, and sensory and consumer insights.
