This platform was part of a bigger project aiming at the B2B software market. welovesaas itself is composed of a directory of apps (more than 680) and a blog which covers SaaS news and advices for SaaS users. I was in charge of defining and creating the platform: * product roadmap: I defined the features and organized the development roadmap * product development: I created the platform which was developed in Python with Django Framework * content marketing: with the team we defined the content strategy and produced content (articles, infographics, industry leaders interviews etc...) After one year we managed to become one of the leading websites on the B2B SaaS market in France attracting more than 300 software makers on the platform and enabling thousands of people to discover and choose SaaS.

Edoboard.com is an online education platform wich enables teachers to give live classes to their students through an innovative interactive whiteboard. We started edoboard.com (two co-founders) back in 2008 just after graduation. In 2008 education was not a hyped market as it is today but we could see that tutoring was really lacking of efficient online tools. Our idea was to provide tutors and students a tool efficient enough so they could do their tutoring sessions directly online without sacrificing the advantages of a face to face meeting. We created the tool and the business from the ground up: * Business creation and all the different tasks involved: business plan, administrative work, incubator applications, financing... * Product creation: thanks to my CTO co-founder we could create ourselves the online whiteboard which was highly appreciated by the teachers and students * Business development: we met numerous education players (government, schools, universities, private tutori…
