My depth of experience in a variety of roles and in management makes me a strong collaborator, manager and innovator. Going to work everyday and knowing what I do is having impact on the lives of people and communities less fortunate than I is a dream come true. Prior to MCRC I originated business loans within CEI's market in Maine, including SBA MicroLoans, loans utilyzing Federal IRP funds and other funding sources. Additionally I led the development of the SBA504 Loan Program to move in-house and assisted in the underwriting and closing of those loans.

My career with TD Bank included positions with two smaller thrift institutions that subsequently merged to form Peoples Heritage Bank, andPeoples Heritage Bank was acquired by TD Bank. I held various positions including retail banking, branch management, regional branch oversight, consumer lending, small business lending, developing new business and mentoring and staff development in the executive development area. I successfully managed some troubled real estate projects through oversight and restructure. I ended my career in banking with developing new business and originating commercial real estate loans to for profit developers, and non-profit developers. Additionally, I underwrote LIHTC investments for the bank and was a founding board member of the Maine Community Loan Fund, representing the bank's investment. I completed several FHLB applications for funding- including the AHP program applications for a variety of projects.
