Co-founded and grew betahaus into one of Europe’s first and most influential coworking networks, helping pioneer the flexible workspace movement across the continent. Created BETAPITCH, one of the earliest European startup pitch formats, and initiated multiple tech, coworking, and startup festivals to foster innovation and collaboration. Co-founded HARDWARE.co, Berlin’s first dedicated accelerator and network for hardware startups, supporting early-stage companies in turning ideas into working prototypes quickly. Helped build the accelerator program structure, partnerships, and community from the ground up, connecting startups with investors, corporate partners, and technical experts to drive rapid growth. Organized intensive prototyping bootcamps, mentor-driven programs, and investor demo days, accelerating the path from concept to market for hardware entrepreneurs. Contributed to making HARDWARE.co a leading hub for hardware innovation in Europe during a time when hardware-focused support ecosystems were still rare.

Founder and Managing Director of the European Youth Media Days

European Parliament

Appointed under Germany’s EU Council Presidency to adapt and produce a media conference for young European journalists (ages 18–25), aiming to bridge the gap between national and European media coverage. Led the adaptation of a national conference series to a European level, collaborating with the administrations of the European Parliament, the European Commission, major political groups, and the Mayor of Brussels. Built the project from scratch within six months: raised funding, recruited and managed a team, coordinated 50+ volunteers, and developed the full conference program and operational model. Successfully hosted over 350 young media creators from across Europe for a three-day event in Brussels, featuring opening and closing speeches by the President of the European Parliament, the President of the European Commission, and the Mayor of Brussels. The conference model was later revived and repeated in 2018 and 2019 due to its success and impact.

Founded a political communication consultancy during my master’s studies, driven by a belief in the transformational potential of the then-emerging Internet for political institutions and public engagement. Led the company in delivering projects for clients such as the European Commission, the Robert Bosch Foundation, and the Office of the President of Germany. Built the organization from the ground up: setting up the legal framework, assembling a multidisciplinary team, securing early projects, and delivering complex political education and communication initiatives. Managed teams of up to 100 people and oversaw large-scale projects with seven-figure budgets, collaborating with a wide range of public institutions and NGOs.
