I completed the first part of my post-graduate education at Austin Community College, then transferred to Tarleton State University to complete my bachelor's degree. I graduated Summa Kum Laude in 2010 and then started veterinary school at Texas A&M University, where I graduated Magna Kum Laude in 2014. After graduating from vet school I spent several years in an emergency hospital learning surgical skills and treating a wide variety of conditions before moving to general practice. I love working with my clients to form a unified team of care for their pets, and with a very strong interest in anesthesia and surgery I joined BetterVet mobile veterinary care in an effort to expand veterinary surgical options for Austin residents and provide in-home care for my clients. I currently live in Georgetown, TX with my teenage son and our two dogs, Maya and Kira. I also have a horse named Gracie.
