A decade in the EdTech ecosystem taught me one truth — careers don’t transform by accident; they transform when learning is structured, guided and systemised. My work is focused on building such systems that elevate student capability, confidence and career clarity at scale. At Cloudkampus, I led national network expansion, onboarded 15 new centres, raised B2B revenue share from 6% → 38%, and enabled ₹3 Cr+ partner revenue. On the employability side, I facilitated 750+ mock interviews, taking students from practice → performance and strengthening outcomes on placement floors. In September 2025, I carried this mission to Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai, joining Corporate Readiness (CRP) to shape employability as a designed outcome — measurable, repeatable, scalable.
