I started as a theoretical physicist, became an engineer, then an operator, and now I back founders solving the hardest problems in enterprise software and AI. As Founding VP of Engineering at Pure Storage, I scaled the team from 20 to 800+ people and helped take the company from zero revenue to $1.5B and a successful IPO. That experience taught me what great technical teams look like, how hard infrastructure problems get solved, and what it takes to scale a great company. Today I invest through Path Integral Ventures — a solo GP fund focused on pre-seed through Series A in enterprise software, AI/ML, developer tools, and cybersecurity. I look for founders solving genuinely hard technical problems with durable moats, and I try to be the kind of investor I would have wanted when I was building.
