Assist team with appointments, phone lines, and surgery when necessary. Train and develop team members to keep them engaged. Approving payroll, associate schedules, and veterinarian schedules at least 3 months in advance. Conduct quarterly inventory of hospital supplies within budget guidelines.

Evaluated hospital’s processes, progress, and productivity. Trained associates on how to educate clients on OWP through Banfield, preventive care, pet care needs, and hospital services. Provided schedules for associates and veterinarians, coordinated time off, and continuing education requests. Facilitated the hospital needs by utilizing my veterinary assistant skills. Ex: Venipuncture, obtaining vitals, lab work, scaling for dental procedures, and anesthesia monitoring when necessary.
