My focus is on how AI moves from experimentation into day-to-day business use, particularly in regulated and complex organisational environments. I work with questions such as how AI use cases are defined and owned, how authority and accountability are set at runtime, and how governance operates across teams, systems, and vendors as contexts change over time. I’m the founder of Tuara, where we build an operational AI governance insrastructure focused on real-world AI systems. The core problem I work on is the gap between governance as it is defined on paper and the way AI-related decisions are actually taken in production.
