Most M&A advisors have never run a company. I have - as CEO, COO, and CSO across startup, scale-up, and corporate environments, before moving into investment banking. That combination is what I bring to every mandate: transaction expertise grounded in operational reality. Today I focus on M&A and fundraising for mid-market companies and startups, working with clients across DACH, Europe, the Middle East, and North America. I've been through four exits myself - three as operator and shareholder, one as an early investor in a company acquired by Meta. I know what founders and shareholders are navigating, which makes me a more effective advisor when it matters most.
