Prepares, equips, and trains the Veterinary Service Support Teams (VSST) in Battle Mind, Core METL and MOS specific tasks to prepare combat ready Soldiers capable of performing expeditionary Veterinary Service Support Operations. Responsible for the health, welfare, professional development, training and morale of 9 Officers. As executive Officer: plans and coordinates current and future operations and training, establish staff operating procedures, ensures commander and general staff are informed on matters affecting mission, assemble and supervise staff during the decision making process, facilitating information flow between command and staff, ensuring a coordinated and synchronized well executed plan.
