Medical Director
Oversee, revise and implement all aspects of clinical operations and medical protocols, ensuring high-quality care for all patients. Participate in monthly meetings with the practice manager and regional director of operations to discuss and improve hospital goals and performance, including Revenue/ACT/COGS/Labor expenses, etc. Manage and mentor a team of veterinarians, RVTs, and support staff. Support all recruiting efforts, including conducting interviews and making all hiring decisions for DVMs and support staff. Support and often directly implement marketing initiatives to achieve client growth and retention goals. Chief of Staff
Directed veterinary team operations, coordinating with medical and administrative staff to enhance hospital efficiency. Collaborated with hospital leadership to improve workflow and patient outcomes and team member job satisfaction. Directly responsible for all RVT interns and all training of newly hired support staff.
Associate Veterinarian
Provided comprehensive medical, surgical, and preventive care for small and exotic animals. Developed a strong client base and maintained long-term relationships through excellent communication and client education. Sole project leader responsible for obtaining Cat Friendly hospital status. Instrumental in obtaining the 2017 AAHA Hospital of the Year award.
