Currently responsible for L&D initiatives for the entire manufacturing vertical in HRBP Capability Team at UltraTech Cement, world's largest cement company out of China, and the 18th largest company in India, for more than 20,000 employees across over 68 Integrated and Grinding units. Before moving to HRBP Manufacturing Capability Team, Aman spent 2 years in the Business Centre of Excellence - Manufacturing Academy. Aman has formal experience in managing L&D functions in industries as diverse as automobile, IT services, pharmaceuticals, and now cement. In his last role, he was was responsible for HR COE for L&D, OD, & Associate Engagement at ACG Capsules for 3500+ associates across their 11 business units worldwide.
