Allan is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Ansa Capital, a venture fund that makes high-conviction, thesis-driven investments in technology companies transitioning from early venture to early growth. Ansa targets new markets, new systems and new distribution, and leverages significant go-to-market resources to optimize and accelerate expansion. Allan previously was a founding investor at KKR's Technology Growth Fund and investor at CapitalG, Google's growth equity fund. Allan has invested and served on boards of a number of the market defining businesses including Policygenius, FanDuel, CrowdStrike, Zscaler, Slice, ForgeRock, Glassdoor, and SurveyMonkey. In addition to his work in technology, Allan is deeply engaged in supporting equity in education and healthcare, serving on the Board of Summer Search Bay Area, an organization supporting summer experiential learning and educational attainment, as well as the Board of World of Children, a grant writer for local children’s charities.
