With nearly a decade of experience in high-volume healthcare environments, I currently lead a $9M+ hospital at Mission Pet Health, where I’m accountable for financial performance, operational strategy, and — most importantly — building teams that feel supported, challenged, and proud of the work they do. I’ve led teams of 40+ across clinical and operational functions, owned full P&L responsibility, and consistently delivered growth in fast-paced, complex settings. But what I’m most known for is translating big-picture strategy into day-to-day clarity, developing leaders from within, and creating cultures where accountability and empathy coexist.
