Most recently at Amazon, I led $100M+/year in portfolio decarbonization across 1,500+ facilities. I built a 15-year net-zero glidepath and a stage-gate operating rhythm, using cost-per-ton prioritization to make carbon tradeoffs visible and decisions repeatable.
