"RSCM is a quantitative, data-driven, Pre-VC-stage investment firm. We primarily invest in capital-efficient tech companies with revenue-generating products that are raising $500K or less. We focus on companies raising small funding rounds because the professional investor world generally ignores this segment of the entrepreneurial ecosystem. RSCM has stepped in to fill this funding void, with over 2,000 Pre-VC investments since 2012. RSCM is unique. We invest in the earliest stage startups using a quantitative, data-driven selection process. We can therefore make rapid decisions using a fast, transparent funding process—the process entrepreneurs crave. We can also efficiently build ultra-diversified investment portfolios.
