Bling provides an Agentic AI solution that automates the entire high volume blue and gray collar recruitment process for multiple industries like Contact Centers, Retail, Logistics and Manufacturing resulting in a significantly lower cost per hire, time to hire and a much better fitment resulting in better retention. Bling's agent called "Bili" also has the capability to proactively engage with candidates in a 2-way conversation across multiple channels of communication - emails, voice, sms, whatsapp, instagram and viber based on regional preference for a better response rate and hence better funnel conversion. The solution integrates on top of the Enterprise ATS system like Workday and can also be integrated with 3rd party applications for Assessment and Background Check for multiple geographies.
