Mettle is the first mental fitness platform built specifically for men and is the first app to be Quality Assured and Verified by The Maudsley NHS Trust. Mettle's mission is clear: to help every man be the best version of himself, believing that if men are better, the world is better. By focusing specifically on the needs and preferences of men, leveraging technology and expert-backed content, Mettle positions itself as an important and necessary tool in addressing the male mental health crisis. The content is tailored for men with outcome-focused, short sessions, and a relatable tone. Mettle aims to be a complete mental fitness toolkit – by moving beyond tech to create in-app men’s support communities and ‘real world’ men’s groups. Since our launch in January 2024, Mettle has supported over 50K men. With 91% of Mettle users reporting improved mental health and wellbeing.
