During the screening and selection process the founder personalities themselves together with the strength and diversity of their team as well as the potential of the underlying business model for scalable exponential growth, sustainability and an expandable internationality of the start-up are essential. Most of the current changes in the World are being driven, or at least substantially supported, by software and digital technologies.
